Sheraton’s Four Points Bangalore unveils Best Brews signature program

Four Points by Sheraton Bengaluru Whitefield presented an exceptional Best Brews Master Class, hosted by Executive Chef - Mangilal Kurly, along with the Maestro of Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Michael Swamy. The evening saw a host of beer lovers and food enthusiasts actively participate in the beer cocktail making session and LIVE beer inspired cookout.

Located on the main Whitefield road in the city’s technology hub, the newly opened, Four Points by Sheraton Bengaluru Whitefield is within easy reach from major IT companies as well as the commercial, shopping and entertainment center of this emerging and fast growing micro-market.

A Beery Affair began at Best BrewsTM with a welcome speech by Rajesh Malliya, General Manager, Four Points by Sheraton Bengaluru Whitefield highlighting the Best Brewssignature program. Rajesh Malliya said, “We’re delighted to host our first beer Master Class at our newly opened hotel in collaboration with Chef Michael Swamy. The Four Points Best Brews program has been developed in keeping our promise to deliver Simple Pleasures. With a selection of handpicked beverages and a special snacks menu to compliment the experience, we aspire to become the newest hangout for city diners.”

The evening then moved to ‘The Eatery’, the hotel’s signature venue where the Chefs dished out mouthwatering beer inspired preparations like Dhakte Ginger Prawns andMeen Varuval. The interactive LIVE cooking session at The Eatery saw an exchange of some fine tips on cooking and experimenting within the culinary zones. 

Four Points’ new signature initiative “For The Love of Great Breakfast” was also rolled out to guests the next morning with delicious and healthy breakfast options.
